How to Shop

1. Register & Sign In

• New customers: Click "Sign up" at the top of the page, enter your name, email address and password, and follow the prompts to complete registration.
• Returning customers: Click "Log in" at the top of the page and sign in with your email address and password.

2. Add to Cart

1. Browse products and click "Add to cart" to add items to your cart.
2. In the cart, the default quantity is 1 per item; adjust the quantity if you need more.
3. Remove any items you don't want from the cart.

3. Checkout

1. Review the items and quantities in your cart, then click "Checkout".
2. Enter your shipping information (name, address, phone) and choose a shipping method.
3. If you have a discount code, enter it at this step.

4. Payment

1. Review your order details, select a payment method, and complete payment.
2. After successful payment, your order is created and you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number.

5. Track Your Order

Sign in and go to "Account" → "My Orders" to view order details and tracking numbers.

6. Order Status Guide

• Pending fulfillment: Order paid, awaiting shipment from our warehouse.
• Shipped: Items have shipped; track your package on the USPS website with your tracking number.
• Completed: Order delivered.
• Cancelled: Order cancelled. If payment was made, refunds go back to the original payment method.
