Return Process
Please follow these four steps to complete a return:
- Contact customer service: Email mdnyshop@gmail.com with your order number and return reason.
- Confirm the return: Wait for customer service to confirm your return eligibility and provide the return address.
- Ship the product back: Pack the product carefully and ship it back (please keep the tracking number).
- Refund after receipt: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will refund you via your original payment method.
