Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges or longer transit times, as shown at checkout.
Shipping Rates
- Orders $69 and over: FREE standard shipping
- Orders $68 and under: $8.00 standard shipping
- Express shipping: $59.95 (transit time varies by carrier)
Shipping rates are based on USPS rates and subject to change without notice.
Processing Time
We typically need 1–3 business days to process your order. Processing may take longer during holidays and peak periods. Choosing express shipping does not reduce processing time, only transit time.
Delivery Time
Orders ship from our warehouse in Brooklyn, NY. Delivery within the US generally takes 3–5 business days after shipment. Carriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Once your package is handed to the carrier, we will assist you with tracking inquiries but are not directly responsible for carrier delays or errors.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the USPS website. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder or email us at mdnyshop@gmail.com for your tracking number.
